Journal 12 -- Majesty

"Majesty. Majesty. Your grace has found me just as I am. Empty handed, but alive in Your hands"

Beautiful words that have hit home so much for me this summer. These are a few lyrics from a powerful song called "Majesty". Delirious sings this song, and it has become one of my favorites to sing in worship settings. It's so hard to describe God's grace. To feel his grace and love in my heart every single day. As humans, I don't think we have the capacity to fully comprehend the Grace of God, but sometimes I try. It's so difficult. I feel so small, so unworthy, so empty....yet, I'm forever changed by His love and grace, and I'm alive in His hands. I have nothing to give, but everything to gain. How great is the love the Father has lavished upon us. I want to grasp just a little of the love and grace God has for me. To get a glimpse of His majesty. I bet it would rock my world!

Lord...You are majestic. I am humbled by Your love, by Your grace, by Your majesty. Help me get a glimpse of the love you give me everyday, and help me begin to understand that you love me NO MATTER WHAT I DO! That is unbelievable. Thank You. Thank You.
