At The Beach

I just spent an awesome week at the beach with my family!
Every summer we pack up the cars and head to Hilton Head Island, SC. There were 10 of us this year, and it was crazy! We spend time on the beach and at the pool, and we enjoy our time without obligations or schedules. The weather was wonderful this year. We went off shore fishing, bike riding, played bocce ball, threw the frisbee, ate lots of ice cream, and watched TV alot! We also saw a wedding on the beach one afternoon.
Here is a glimpse of the week from each person...

Mom and Dad: Mom and Dad are always serving us, and they also managed to take care of the little kids when my sis wasn't around. Mom had 3-4 books she was reading...although she said the one I gave her was too sad. When Dad wasn't on the beach playing with the grandkids, he was watching TV with us, and following his fantasy baseball team.

Nancy and Matt: Nancy and Matt celebrated 11 years of marraige this week, and they were able to go on a few dates since we had so many babysitters at the condo. They also treated us to so many perks on our vacation! Matt was in heaven with a big screen and the GA Bulldogs winning in the college world series!

Reid and Will: The boys...they are special. Reid spent his time on the beach looking for anything he could catch...mainly little sand crabs, and minnows. He also made a killer sand castle. Will, he visited all the families around the beach. And got into plenty of trouble. He also worked hard on his webkinz.

Grandma: Grandma did all the serving too! She cooked for us, and help make our week special! Plus, always gives us a "little extra money" as she calls it....and we always treat ourselves!

Elaine: When she wasn't on the beach with a book or crossword puzzle, she was in her bed with her computer in her lap! She loves her down time!

Evan: Evan came a little late, but always brings excitement when he arrives! He cooked an amazing breakfast for us one morning, it was awesome! We have fun wherever we go!
